- Cancellation less than 48 hours but up to 24 hours before the scheduled service/booking time: The client is entitled to a 50% (half) refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled service/booking time: In this case, no part of the amount paid will be refunded.
